This Privacy Policy explains how Jobuble LLC (“Jobuble,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and services (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to operate the Service and to be clear about how we use it.

We do not sell or “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Payments are processed by Paddlewe do not store full card numbers.

1) What We Collect

You provide: account/setup information (e.g., name, email), job search preferences (titles, skills, locations), resume/profile details, and communications with us.
Automatically: device and usage data (IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, timestamps, general location), and essential cookies.
Payments: handled by Paddle; we receive limited billing metadata (plan, status, last-4 where applicable).
Please avoid submitting sensitive data (e.g., SSN, health data, precise household financial records) into free-text fields.

2) How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (create and deliver Fill-Ups and application kits; power the Job Search Agent).

  • Secure and improve the Service (debugging, aggregated analytics, preventing abuse).

  • Communicate service notices, onboarding tips, and support.

  • Process payments and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated/de-identified data to improve features. We do not use your identifiable content to train third-party advertising models.

3) Service Providers

We use established third-party providers to operate parts of the Service. Core providers currently include:

  • Jotform – intake of your Job Search Agent setup information via our forms.

  • Supabase – database hosting.

  • Notion – user-duplicated dashboard/template; data you add there is under your Notion account.

  • Paddle – billing, subscription management, and invoicing.

  • SendGrid (Twilio SendGrid) - email delivery for account and service messages.

These services are governed by their own terms/policies. Jobuble is not responsible for third-party services.

4) Notion Dashboard & Job Tracker

If you duplicate our Notion template, that workspace is under your Notion account and governed by Notion’s terms/policy.
Important: You may customize dashboards and trackers, but to keep imports working, do not rename or change the schema of the “Job Tracker” database.

5) AI Usage

We may use AI/ML to assist in generating application kits and matching roles, with human oversight and guardrails. We do not knowingly train public models on your identifiable content. We avoid sending sensitive personal data to third-party AI providers.

6) Cookies & Similar Technologies
  • Essential cookies are required for login and core functionality.

  • Optional analytics (if enabled) help us understand usage; where required, we obtain consent via a banner. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling some may affect functionality.

7) Legal Bases (EEA/UK where applicable)

We rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve), consent(for certain communications/cookies), and legal obligations (e.g., tax, compliance).

8) Sharing & Disclosures

We may share information with service providers (Section 3), professional advisors under confidentiality, a successor in a merger/acquisition, or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell or share your data for targeted advertising.

9) International Transfers

We process data in the United States and, where required, use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland.

10) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business/legal purposes (e.g., tax/accounting). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

11) Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to/limit processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Requests: hello@jobuble.com (or support@jobuble.com). We may verify your identity before acting and will respond within required timelines. You may opt out of non-essential emails via unsubscribe links.

12) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

13) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., TLS, access controls, least-privilege). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

14) Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services that we do not control. Their practices are governed by their own policies.

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
