These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services of Jobuble LLC (“Jobuble,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including the AI Job Search Agent, scheduled job deliveries (“Fill-Ups”), application kits, and the Job Search Dashboard/Job Tracker (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2) Plans, Billing, Cancellations
Plan pricing is shown at checkout and may change with notice.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Payments are processed by Paddle; we do not store full card numbers. Your use of Paddle is subject to its terms and privacy policy.
3) What We Provide (and Don’t)
We deliver curated job postings and application kits (e.g., ATS-optimized resumes, tailored cover letters, interview prep, outreach scripts, and more).
We do not apply on your behalf, act as your agent with employers, or guarantee interviews/offers or job outcomes.
Any role counts are “up to” your plan’s cap; actual counts vary by title, location, filters, and market conditions.
All content is informational only and not legal, tax, financial, or employment advice.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (i) violate laws; (ii) infringe rights; (iii) access, use, or attempt to access data without authorization; (iv) interfere with or test security; (v) misrepresent identity; (vi) resell or sublicense the Service; (vii) use the Service to build a competing service or to train models on our outputs; or (viii) upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may suspend/terminate for violations.
5) Your Content; License
You own content you provide (e.g., resume details, background info). You grant Jobuble a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent you have rights to the content you submit and that it does not include confidential employer data or others’ personal data without permission.
6) Intellectual Property
The Service (software, features, workflows, text, visuals, and trademarks) is owned by Jobuble or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service while you comply with these Terms, no rights are granted.
7) Third-Party Services
We rely on established, industry-recognized providers to power parts of the Service. Examples include:
Jotform (Job Search Agent form)
Supabase (database hosting)
Notion (user-duplicated dashboard/template)
Paddle (billing)
SendGrid (Twilio SendGrid) (email delivery)
These services are governed by their own terms/policies. Jobuble is not responsible for third-party services.
8) Beta/Experimental Features
Beta features are provided as-is, may change or end at any time, and may be less reliable.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, or any job outcomes.
10) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBUBLE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT WILL JOBUBLE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO JOBUBLE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU ACCESS THE SERVICE WITHOUT PAYING FEES, JOBUBLE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS $0.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; some of the above may not apply to you.
11) Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jobuble from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law.
12) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, security/operational risks, or legal reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (including 5–11, 14–17) survive termination.
13) Changes
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We’ll post an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14) Dispute Resolution; Class Action/Jury Waiver (U.S.)
Informal resolution first: Email hello@jobuble.com with a description of the issue and allow 30 days for resolution.
Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Location: Bergen County, New Jersey, or video/phone at either party’s election.
No class actions: Disputes are brought only on an individual basis; class/representative actions are waived.
Small claims option: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
30-day opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration/class waiver by emailing hello@jobuble.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Jury trial waiver: If a claim proceeds in court, you and Jobuble waive any right to a jury trial.
15) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 14, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
16) Export & Sanctions
You represent you are not on any sanctions list and will comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.
