Add Your New Fill-Up to Your Job Tracker

Once you’ve received your Fill-Up (curated job matches with complete application kits), follow these simple steps to move your new jobs into your Job Tracker database.

1. Duplicate the Page You Received

When your new Fill-Up is ready, you’ll receive an email from Jobuble with a “View My Matches” button. Clicking it opens your Fill-Up page in Notion.

  • On desktop: Click the “Duplicate” button (overlapping squares icon in the top-right corner).

  • On mobile: Tap the ☰ menu in the top-right, then select “Duplicate”.

This will add a full copy of the database of your new jobs and application kits to your own Notion workspace.

2. Move Jobs into Your Job Tracker

Open the duplicated Fill-Up database. You’re now ready to move your new roles into your Job Tracker — use the visual guide below or follow the step-by-step instructions (by device) that follow.

💻 On Desktop

“Move to” Method

  1. Hover to the far left of a job row — a gray checkbox will appear.

  2. Click the checkbox to select the job.

  3. To move multiple jobs, hold Shift and click additional checkboxes, or select the top most checkbox that appears when hovering to the far left of the database properties row.

  4. Once selected, a small menu bar will appear.

  5. Click the ••• three-dot button in that bar.

  6. Choose “Move to” and select your Job Tracker database.

Copy & Paste Method

  1. Click and drag select jobs from the New Jobs database.

  2. Press Cmd + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (Windows).

  3. Open your Job Tracker database.

  4. Press Cmd + V or Ctrl + V to paste them in.

📱 On Mobile
  • Bulk moving isn’t supported on mobile devices.

  • To move a single job:

    1. Open the job from your New Jobs database.

    2. Tap the ••• menu in the top-right corner.

    3. Tap “Move to”.

    4. Choose your Job Tracker database.

    5. Repeat for each job you'd like to add.

Connect All Incoming Fill-Ups to Your Dashboard (Optional One-Time Setup, Recommended)

This step makes it easier to find all future Fill-Ups from your AI Job Search Dashboard with one click.

Think of your Fill-Ups as deliveries arriving in a folder. You'll link the folder that stores all your Fill-Ups to your dashboard's Agent Deliveries button.

  1. Open your Fill-Ups parent page and copy its link

    • In the email you received, click “View My Matches.”

    • When the Fill-Up database opens in Notion, look at the top-left breadcrumb navigation.

    • Click the page name that starts with “Fill-Ups:”. This opens the page that stores all your Fill-Ups.

    • Copy the page link from your browser’s address bar.

  2. Navigate to your AI Job Search Dashboard.

  3. Hover over the Agent Deliveries button.

  4. Click the ⚙️ gear icon that appears on the right.

  5. In the button settings, click the link next to “Open.”

  6. Replace it with the link you copied earlier.

  7. Click Done to save.
