How to Export Your Resume & Cover Letter as PDF From the AI Job Search Dashboard

Exporting your tailored resume or cover letter from Notion to PDF is quick and easy.

💻 On Desktop

1. Open the page for your resume or cover letter in your AI Job Search Dashboard.

2. Click the ••• menu in the top-right corner of the page.

3. Select Export from the dropdown.

4. In the Export format dropdown, choose PDF.

5. Choose Page format.

6. Set Scale percent (this adjusts how large or small the text appears on the page):

   • Longer resumes need a smaller scale to fit neatly.

   • Try exporting with different scale settings until it looks clean and well-spaced.

7. Click Export, choose where to save, and you’re done!

📱 On Mobile

Note: The Notion mobile app does not allow precise scale adjustments (how large or small the text appears on the page, such as fitting more text on one page). For full control and the best formatting results, we recommend exporting from a laptop or desktop when possible.

1. Open your resume or cover letter in your AI Job Search Dashboard in the Notion mobile app.

2. Tap the ••• menu in the top-right corner.

3. Scroll down and tap Export.

4. Choose PDF as your export format.

5. Pick your Page format.

6. Tap Export.

7. Use your phone’s share options to:

   • Save directly to your device.

   • AirDrop to your Mac.

   • Email or upload to your cloud storage.

Now your resume or cover letter is ready to send, upload, or print — all in a clean, professional PDF format.
